If for any reason you are unable to bring your child to their appointment or want to cancel their appointment, please let us know by telephoning the number on your appointment letter / card. Your help in this will mean fewer wasted appointments and help us to keep waiting times down.
If you do not attend this appointment and you have not notified us then the individual who made the referral will be informed.
If for any reason, your appointment has to be cancelled by the clinic, we will let you know of an alternative date by letter or by telephone.
