At NHS Grampian we are always keen to receive feedback about the service we provide and actively encourage patients and families to speak with our staff to share their thoughts on what we did well and what we could do better. We understand that for some people it is easier to provide feedback anonymously and so NHS Grampian is signed up to Care Opinion – a not for profit feedback website which enables patients and carers to share their stories, experiences and thoughts about the care they have received anonymously online.
